Practical CME with hands on experience. Outstanding educator: Kyle.
Bhutan is an incredible place. Very green country, traditional dress and very Buddhist but people are accepting of everyone. Amazing trip with good blend of hiking and cultural experiences, even a go at archery, the national sport.

Really lovely staff to learn from. Each provides their own perspective on the info but all of it is engaging and worthwhile. Maya we love you! Excellent job, way to be flexible and adaptive to group needs while still being awesome and getting the info to us. You went above and beyond carrying extra items to make your pack heavier but our learning better! I hope your career is as diverse and amazing as you, your hard work in training has paid off and the sky is the limit for you!

My wife and I participated in the wilderness travel CME program in Idaho on the middle Fork river in September. It was an outstanding experience. In particular, Chris Sanford, our CME instructor was superlative. Not only did he have excellent lectures, which occurred multiple times during the day. But he also in advance of the trip sent us extremely interesting and relevant articles to whet our appetite. The lectures during the trip were informal and informative. They were very appropriate in terms of length of time and content. Everyone was very engaged. Chris also utilized the resources of the doctors on the trip to further enrich the experience. He was enthusiastic, always upbeat and had a wealth of knowledge to share. In addition, his extensive travel and anecdotes were a pleasure to listen to. …Overall, I would say he’s one of the best instructors we’ve had and if you have the opportunity to take a trip with him, I would say jump on it. Best, David Gendelman.

Testimonials From Your Colleagues

"This was a trip of a lifetime - excellent combination of medical education and education regarding the history, politics and culture of the region, botany and architecture. The hiking was superb, the food on the trail an unexpected pleasure, and the guides managed our time on the Inca Trail in such a way that we felt we were the only hikers on any given day."

Heidi Green, MD

"Absolutely the best meeting I have ever attended. Extremely useful information for any physician regardless of the ¬specialty. The talks were inspirational and motivating, and the ¬activities were icing on the cake."
