This comprehensive course equips physicians and other healthcare providers with the essential knowledge and hands-on skills needed to confidently serve as an expedition, wilderness, or search and rescue medical provider. Learn more about AWEP.

Accreditation

The Center for Emergency Medical Education (CEME) designates this live activity for a maximum of 39.00 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Pending approval, this activity is also anticipated to offer AOA Category 2-A CME credit and AAFP/ACEP credit.

The American Association of Physician Assistants accepts Category 1 CME from organizations accredited by the ACCME. This course is also accredited for up to 39.00 hours of nursing credit.
