This conference is incredibly well run and the content of the lectures is evidence based, extremely well taught and supported by personal experiences. I came knowing very basic information and left with many new skills and knowledge to apply in my primary care clinic as well as in my own adventures!

Great conference with lots of useful information, especially tips and tricks to practice medicine in the wilderness. Schedule allows for afternoon recreational activities as well.

That it was fantastic. Exactly what I was hoping it would be, and so much fun to learn all of the hands-on tricks of the trade.

This was one of my most favorite CME courses I've attended. It was interesting, the speakers were knowledgeable and had great case studies to share. It was practical and gave me some tools and practical knowledge for situations where I am the only person with medical training outside a medical setting (including on an airplane).

I felt a high level of appreciation for active emergency and wilderness providers, as a primary care doctor there is a lot of useful information, if anything to enhance awareness of what patients may encounter.

I was very impressed with each of the lectures. As a young and new medical professional I found the information to be informative and engaging. Each of the speakers had wonderful stage presence and were clearly very knowledgeable about the topics.

The information gleaned during this conference will aid in my physical exams, orthopedic and trauma assessments and obviously help me when I’m out of the hospital/clinic setting in initial assessment and management of potential medial issues

I already have. I strongly recommend attending. I am a pediatric orthopedic surgeon. I have attempted 40 years of meetings on pediatric orthopedics. I don't need to hear any more about club feet, scoliosis ... Wilderness Medicine was very refreshing!!!

Best Conferences I have gone to. Very knowledgeable, humble, and kind lecturers. I have gone 3 times and will keep going. What makes it even better is that it is a Very Family Friendly conference with tons of workshops for my kids and even some my wife can go to. I can't find other conferences with family activities. All lecturers are recorded and everyone gets access to them after so if there is a fun activity you want to do as a family you won't miss out. Every conference should be set up this way.

This conference was top notch. I learned so many practical skills that are relevant to my life even outside of work. The speakers were beyond experienced. No teaching out of a textbook here. They all had real hands on stories from situations they themselves had encountered in their careers. It made the talks so engaging. Also half day conferences so you can explore the beautiful area?! What a great week!

Great conference. I’m non-medical but I receive a lot of take away information to treat and avoid medical situations while enjoying the outdoors. Wife is physician and fills in the gaps for drugs etc. Again, great conference. Attendees are great people as well.

It is always worth the time and expense. Very good value for money and time. The lecturers are always up to date, focused, full of helpful examples. I do it every two years. You should join me.

This is a great alternative to a traditional, clinical medical conference. Material is presented in short bursts of very relevant information, keeping it interesting throughout the conference. If you are someone who spends time out doors, the material will not only help in your practice, but add to your personal knowledge as well.

Incredible experience for anyone wanting to be more prepared for the unexpected in the wilderness. No matter if you plan to participate in search and rescue or austere medicine, you can learn helpful tips to feel more confident in handling emergencies in the wild. The material taught is enlightening for anyone who may spend time outside, whether it be diving in the ocean, skiing in the mountains or traveling internationally for vacation.
