Hybrid and Virtual Meeting Options
We are offering this meeting with multiple "Hybrid" attendance options. The conference will be presented live and will also be streamed online.
On-site/in-person option - A limited number of on-site seats will be made available in the ballroom on a first come - first serve basis. Registrants will also be able to watch the meeting and participate in the question/answer sessions from their hotel room or condominium on their own devices. Faculty will be onsite.
Virtual only option - when registering, choose the remote attendance option. Connection information will be provided prior to the meeting. Recordings of the presentations will be made available for up to 90 days after the meeting.
Attendance onsite and in the Ballroom will be limited - please register early!
