SURVIVAL FOR KIDS
Saturday, July 29, 8:30 - 11:30 am, $70
Monday, July 31, 8:30 - 11:30 am, $70
An interactive and educational workshop designed exclusively for children to provide a positive, fun, and rewarding experience. Children learn how to avoid getting lost, spend a survival night out, and stay warm. This workshop includes practice signaling and building improvised shelters.
(Ages 6-11) Instructor: Dora Kibbee

SURVIVAL FOR TEENS
Saturday, July 29: 1:00 pm – 4:00 pm, $70
Sunday, July 30: 9:00 am – 12:00 pm $70
This course is designed to teach older children about trip preparation, creating a useful survival kit, how to navigate safely, avoid getting lost in the backcountry, build improvised shelters and fires, find food, and survive an unexpected night out. Please bring water, a healthy snack, and sun protection. Light rain gear is suggested. Closed toe shoes are required.
(Ages 12 and up) Instructor: Danny Kibbee

SURVIVING INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL & STUDY ABROAD
Sunday, July 30, 1:00 - 4:00 pm, $70
Many students travel abroad during high school and college for classes and semesters in foreign countries, and many leave the U.S. without adequate preparation. This interactive course will teach important lessons on preparing for foreign travel, situational awareness, safety, lost passports and other important documents, communication, and how to cope with a crisis or emergency when away from home.
(Ages 12 and up) Instructor: Dora Kibbee

WILDERNESS FIRST AID FOR TEENS
Monday, July 31, 8:30 am - 12:30 pm, $85
This exciting hands-on course is designed to teach young adults how to take care of themselves and others in an emergency. Tuition includes a first aid kit and certification card.

WILDERNESS FIRST AID FOR KIDS
Sunday, July 30, 8:30 - 11:30 am, $75
Children can make a difference or even save a life if they know first aid. This course will teach children to recognize and manage common medical problems and emergencies. They learn CPR and how to use an AED. Tuition includes a first aid kit designed for children and course certificate.
(Ages 7-11) Instructor: Philip White

ORIENTEERING FOR KIDS
Monday, July 31, 8:30 pm – 12:00 pm, $80
Teaches basic map and compass skills in an outdoor setting. We make maps, introduce the compass and then put it all together with a fun scavenger hunt and mini-orienteering event. Students keep provided map and compass..
